Delivery Information

Duxburys Garden Furniture can arrange delivery across the North West of England and throughout Mainland UK. 

Where possible, all our deliveries are carried out via Duxburys Delivery Services (Please note: this is not part of Duxburys Garden Furniture). 

Duxburys Delivery Service is a trusted third-party delivery company that has worked within the garden furniture industry for many years.  

 

For orders outside the North West and occasionally at locations 60 miles beyond our showroom, we rely on our trusted distribution partners at FDC Logistics. These orders will arrive on a pallet for safety. 

We always endeavour to deliver orders within the quoted lead time. Lead times vary from 2 to 15 days depending on the delivery postcode. The lead times on the zone guide below are for guidelines only. We currently average around 5 to 7 working days.

ONLINE ORDERS - FREE DELIVERY OVER £500

Online orders are processed through our standard delivery service (unless otherwise stipulated) to the majority of UK Mainland postcodes. We are unable to offer delivery to some remote postcodes (please contact us to get a quote in this situation). If the order value exceeds £500, standard delivery is made free of charge. Orders under £500 will be subject to a delivery/postage charge displayed in the shopping cart prior to checkout.

We aim to complete online orders within 10 working days of receiving them, but this may be longer during busy periods and for postcodes listed in zone two below. We contact all our customers to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. 

SHOWROOM ORDERS - DELIVERY OPTIONS

Orders within a 60-mile radius of Duxburys Garden Furniture Showroom will be delivered by Duxburys Delivery Service. A delivery date will be arranged when ordering. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email update with the estimated time of arrival once the driver has started the journey.

Orders outside the North West and occasionally more than 60 miles from our showroom will be delivered by a third-party courier on a pallet; the delivery date will be arranged before delivery.

Standard Doorstep Delivery Service - FREE DELIVERY OVER £500

For all showroom orders over £500, Duxburys Garden Furniture covers the cost of your delivery, making it free of charge. These deliveries are for driveway or doorstep delivery only.

Premium Delivery Service - Contact for Quote.

If you wish to have your order delivered to your garden (or place of choice), unboxed or built. This needs to be paid directly to Duxburys Delivery Service. This can be arranged in-store with a member of staff. Prices vary depending on requirements. 

Please advise a member of staff if there is anything that may restrict our delivery drivers, such as limited driveway access, thin pathways to your garden or high fences.

The boxes are often larger than you think, and unsuccessful, rearranged deliveries can be chargeable.

Collect from our Preston Showroom - FREE

Collection can be made from our Preston Showroom. Please ensure your vehicle is large enough, as the furniture boxes can be bigger than you think. All collections must be pre-arranged, and a collection time agreed upon.
